GBSam was a great host very helpful and attentive. Clean room and decent location, bed was comfortable! Only stayed one night but was very good compared to a lot of places ive stayed in blackpool! I would definitely stay again.
Took a while to check in, had to wait outside for a while and couldn't get in touch with anyone. No towels in room but quick to provide once asked. Could do with a plug socket or extension lead in room for kettle and charging devices.
GBCouldn't get in the property, they sent pin code that didn't work we rang their number to no avail left messages emailed them to no available, absolute joke don't waist your money, we had our granddaughter with us whom we couldn't let down so ended having to pay again at a different hotel
The whole experience
GBThe owner was very nice, the room was very clean, warm and quiet, the dining room had milk, cereal, coffee and tea for free, free parking is available in front of the hotel but you have to find a free space, I managed to do it, the hotel is worth recommending, everything was fine and really clean, I will be back in Blackpool, I will definitely come back

The beds were so uncomfortable.
GBFamily room was comfortable and big enough for 5 people, two adults and 3 children, location was good and staff were friendly and let us check in earlier than expected. Over all a very good experience.

Staff and cleaners
GBBreakfast (cereals only) was a bonus as our booking didn't mention this. The close proximity to where we wanted to go. We arrived a little early then the time we mentioned to the owners and they turned up to let us in, as soon as we called - very prompt.
No allocate parking. The hallway smell of smoking was strong but the rooms smell was clean/clear.
