ESThe owners were really helpful , location was great , the cereal , biscuits, water & milk available was a great touch especially for the two kids.
It's small which we expected though so not an issue but may be for some people.

GBGBThe whole hotel is spotless, every room is decorated to a very good standard. The staff can't do enough for you, from a welcoming cuppa to carrying your cases to your room, I'm a regular visitor to Blackpool and never stay at the same place twice, but I've rebooked this one.

Steps to building are steep but not many
GBGBIt was very close to the main town and the pier where we spent most of our time. The gentleman who checked us in was extremely helpful making sure I was parked properly and on the correct side of the road which was free. There was cereal, fresh milk, tea, coffee and water all accessible and any time to just grab for part of the price. Will book again for a short stay because for the price we couldn't go wrong
It was a little out dated but for Blackpool I didn't expect anything flash
