GBRoom was lovely and clean, I received a message to say we could check in early which was great as we could leave our bags and go straight out. Free cereal in the lounge if you wanted and a nice touch of water bottles in our room. Staff were really helpful and nothing was too much trouble , it was definately value for money and great for the children as we were close to coral island and all the attractions.
GBGBStaff were amazing! Couldn’t have been more helpful and polite. Carrying my case to my room for me and complimentary water,ceral and tea/coffee. Beds were comfy and quite location.

Water dripping through the lights when we showered, There was blood on the wall in the bathroom that one of us had to clean, The sink was blocked and the bathroom was very tiny my elderly grandmother struggled. Our ‘parking space’ belonged to a resident in a house across the road, Not belonging to the hotel. Luckily the lady was understanding. The price we paid for this was shocking, I should of asked for a refund.
