"Lovely location in Wales"

Breakfast was good quality and size, and served with a smile. The staff were friendly and kept talking to us about our stay when we saw each other. It was nice to talk to the owner who seemed to care deeply about her family business. The location was good, the bus stops in either direction we at the end of the track. Also the car park is round the back of the property which is good for peace of mind.
