The Maynard

The hotel was clean & good. I would stay there again.

Great hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is amazing. Free parking using disk provided by the hotel on the road outside. Would recommend.

We had a nice little stay at the Maynard, we normally stay in the North Bay but this was in a lovely location in the South, with easy parking on the street and use of a meter. We stayed in a freshly decorated airy room. The bathroom and tea/coffee facilities were great and the bed was comfy. We paid for breakfast which was in the sister hotel over the road and was very nice. Claire was very helpful and accommodating. My only niggles were the room was quite noisy due to guests in the corridor and we had people knock on our door trying to get information, thinking it was an office of some sort! Maybe a sign on the door would have helped Anyway, would definitely stay again.

Traditional B&B, clean and in great location. The bed in the double room was small so ok for a young couple, not so for a middle-aged one
