Stylish, comfortable and clean

Next door to pubs so a little noisy during the Saturday afternoon although to be fair wasn’t too bad in the evening

Very comfortable bed. Central location in Hebden. Good continental breakfast

Parking is not onsight

The accommodation was extremely clean and comfortable. The bed was excellent and the rooms were lovely. Staff friendly and plenty of choice for breakfast.

Would have liked some bottled water in room. The parking is a pain and expensive but can’t be helped!

Room well presented

Nothing, parking although not a problem, it is a little inconvenient...

The staff were very friendly, the room was clean, a lot of effort went into the decor throughout the hotel (the murals on the staircase, clever use of mirrors in hallways and clear chairs in the breakfast room to make the space seem bigger), ambient lighting in the upstairs hallways, contactless check in was easy, the bath was amazing, fresh milk and cold water in the fridge for guests to use throughout their stay, good variety of spreads and jams for breakfast

The fruit salads could have been a little bigger

Modern accommodation, well presented, good quality furnishings. Great outlook onto the canal.Easy to access accommodation. Perfect location, quiet room - despite it being on the main road, there was no noise

All was good.

Everything . 5mins walk from the train station. I received the passcode 2 days before travelling and it was easy to access the door and enter the building. The place was beautifully decorated , the bedroom was beautiful and extremely clean and comfy . Central hitting , wi-fi, TV , the best shower ever and the breakfast was live 5 star . The staff were the kindest ever . The best place I ever stayed in the UK.
