Lovey sized rooms, beautful decor, comfortable beds and seating furnture. Spotless bathroom with lovely toiletries Location excellent, plenty of local parking

Not really a dislike but wasn't aware that there was no shower. The baths are beautiful but a little difficult for elderly guests

"A lovely stay in a lovely town."

The check in was via a key pad and the keys were inside. Worked very well. The room was lovely - we thought noise might be a problem as the room faced a busy main road with a couple of pubs nearby but noise wasn't an issue. The bathroom was well stocked and very clean. Breakfast in the morning was a help yourself continental with some excellent tasty food on offer, as well as some GF choices which was unexpected and much appreciated.

Not much really - a couple more power sockets near the bed might be better but that seems trivial. Parking could have been troublesome and with hindsight, train might have been a better option but that isn't the hotel's fault.

Stylish, comfortable and clean

Next door to pubs so a little noisy during the Saturday afternoon although to be fair wasn’t too bad in the evening

"Was very pleased with the accommodation."

The accommodation was extremely clean and comfortable. The bed was excellent and the rooms were lovely. Staff friendly and plenty of choice for breakfast.

Would have liked some bottled water in room. The parking is a pain and expensive but can’t be helped!
