I expected something small, as I booked the cheapest room because that's all I can afford in England but this was smaller than small. I'm sure in the old days it was the cloakroom.

Perfect location for everything in Canterbury and a short walk from the station. Comfortable room and bed. Very clean. Friendly staff. Nice bar on the ground floor offering 10% discount on drinks.

There were a few little things in the room that should have been picked up on.... Kettle had a lot of build up in it... it must be a hard water area, likewise taps and shower head. Handle on the inside of the shower was missing. Would have been nice to have a small table and chair, there was space in the room. But nothing that spoiled the stay.
