Sea Breezes Guest House

Was welcomed and looked after for my stay. Breakfast was amazing and the staff welcoming, friendly and very approachable

Room was very clean and spacious, in an ideal spot for sightseeing and fantastic walk along the Hoe.

I had a nice stay, the staff was welcoming and the room was clean. I was unimpressed by the fact I had to pre-arrange the time of my check in to allow someone to be there when I arrived. The room size was fairly small.

Nice clean room and facilities, comfortable bed, very good selection for breakfast (pre order at check in) good value for money for the location right on the hoe area, will definitely book again when required

Enjoyed a good nights sleep and the best breakfast ive had in a long time, the owners went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable.

Sea Breezes sits just around the corner from the seafront leading up to the Hoe and has a certain charm. The owners are friendly without being effusive or over reaching. The room and facilities are clean and in good condition, albeit possibly a little cramped. We are both large people and found things a little snug although, granted, we didn’t spend a huge amount of time there other than to sleep, bathe and change. Having a large amount of baggage didn’t help but overall we enjoyed our stay there.

Very hospitable family, great breakfast, comfy clean rooms and a wonderful location. What a lovely place.
