Very friendly owners excellent breakfast great location for exploring city.

We had such a lovely stay at Sea Breezes. The room was so comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. The owners are wonderful. The location was perfect and we had a fantastic week.

Such a nice clean friendly place. Jenny was so helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again when visiting our daughter in the city. Due to Covid-19 we were served breakfast in our rooms which made us feel pampered!

The hosts were very kind and nothing was too much for them. Breakfast was really good and served in the room. Our room was a bit small but we only used it for sleeping as we were exploring the area all day. The guest house is literally on the seafront so we had our morning coffees with the beautiful seafront. Overall we had a very good time and were sad to leave that beautiful place! Would definitely stay there again but maybe a bit bigger room. :)

Enjoyed the stay and the location. Owners very nice & accommodating. We were able to check-in slightly earlier & gave us a parking permit to park in the street outside (at £5 per day) which was very convenient. There were plenty of spaces on street outside & you could also feed the meter. It is a very pleasant walk round the seafront into the centre of town & Barbican area. Our room (2) was quite small & difficult to see the TV as was on top of wardrobe. Fine for a couple of days, but any longer you would want a bigger room... The free breakfast was great as you could choose whatever you wanted and was served in your room. Overall, a good choice for Plymouth.

Lovely guesthouse with very welcoming hosts. We had the sea view room on the top floor and it was perfect. Breakfast was delivered to our room each morning and was really good. Would stay again when I return to the area.

Great position for Plymouth Hoe, harbour, shops. Very comfortable bed had good nights sleep. Good breakfast and choices. Owners very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

I honestly cannot fault our stay at sea breezes ! The owners are absolutely fantastic and ensure your stay is really enjoyable, they are always on hand and are simply lovely people ! They provide a gorgeous breakfast in the morning and help with parking permits and any thing else you may need during your stay ! The rooms are perfect size complete with en-suite bathroom and beautiful views ! Sea breezes is located directly on the front looking over a stunning sea view, it’s a 10-15 minute walk from the harbour and lovely city centre. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and 100% will be returning !
