Sea Breezes Guest House

Very good family business B&B , check-in late evening at 22.30 without any issue, they wait for us. Room small but very clean , nice and tidy. With coffee and tea in the room. Breakfast served to the room due to covid, breakfast was amazing- really tasty with the best fresh made orange juice ever!!! Also the bed so so comfortable, big bed with great mattress. Highly recommended stay with this B&B .

A charming and quaint period property. The host was very friendly and welcoming. Very comfortable and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Good location, clean room. However, breakfast was very poor quality, items were cold, poor quality sausages. Due to quality we decided not to have the breakfast the next day. Breakfast items were cleared from room, but old coffees were left with no bed making/clean up. Hallway had strong animal/food odour which was very unpleasant. Overall, poor value for money

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sea Breezes. The location was perfect, walking distance from the Barbican and the Hoe. The room was very clean and very cosy, with a very comfortable bed and en suite bathroom. Despite the close proximity to the city, the room was very quiet and we didn’t have any trouble getting a good nights sleep. The following morning the hosts delivered a delicious breakfast and home made juices to our room. Overall I would definitely recommend visiting Sea Breezes. I guarantee you’ll be well looked after and enjoy your stay.

In these difficult times the host is COVID aware and delivered a delicious breakfast to the room each morning. It was a shame that the dining room was not open as I am sure the host would have made it a great experience.

We loved our stay! The hostess has an amazing job decorating and making sure that we have everything we need. Breakfast was tasty too! We would be going back there soon!

Stopped over in Plymouth whilst on way down to Penzance. Used this guest house as a trip down memory lane for my mum and self as used to stay here about 35/40 years ago. We were not disappointed and had a lovely visit the guest house is very well maintained clean throughout with lovely fresh linen and towels
