Sea Breezes Guest House

We often ask for a Seaview and get a tiny slight if you tiptoe etc but in this case with a lovely bay window to sit in you actually got to look out at the water. With the current conditions you only had access to your room so no breakfast room, it was brought to your room having been ordered the day before but it was cooked wonderful and tasty

Pleasant room ( top floor deluxe ) . Very clean and well furnished, comfortable bed. Good breakfast served in the room. Convenient permit parking on the road outside. Brilliant location on the sea front on the Hoe with excellent restaurants. Plymouth exceeded my expectations as a holiday destination.

proprietors are very friendly and helpful, the breakfasts were brought to our room due to Covid but not very practical as no tables to sit at and perching on the edge of the bed caused a few issues with eating, room was very small although they went overboard with the quantity of food due to a complementary continental breakfast as well as full english. The bed base was broken with no other room available and could do with the telly being dusted. Other than that

Amazing! Excellent location, super clean, very friendly and great breakfast.

Excellent breakfast orange juice and Pho, great shower, room as advertised. A few things to improve: good English breakfast but streaky bacon and toast served as 2 uncut slices on plate with no plate or knife to cut and butter, ordered cornflakes but got frosties, boiled egg with no egg cup or salt and pepper. We had 2 bath towels and 1 hand towel then 3 bath towels. Confusion on arrival about how many nights booked and initially had bank account pending charges for 5 nights when booked 3 nights. Most disconcerting was blood stain (small) on duvet cover.

My husband and I stayed there for 5 days. I love this place and people that run the business. They are friendly and you feel like home. Very clean place and generous breakfast.

Great location. Hosts are very helpful and friendly. The quality of the facilities could be improve (bed and bathroom).

Nice bedroom with view to the sea. The room was entirely clean and nice. The bathroom was impeccable. The staff was excellent and polite.
