Friendly welcome, free parking, clean, nice breakfast and great value. Recommended.

Myself and my family had a great stay here for my birthday. The owners were lovely and made us a great breakfast everyday, and would sit and chat with us in the mornings. Close to the beach and funfair.

Room comfortable and clean. Good breakfast. Only downside really was room wasn’t cleaned/beds made after first night. Meant I had to clean cups myself. Not major but something I expect to occur at any hotel.

Think about putting fan in rooms at summer time because it was hot during our stay and we needed fan to cool down. Apart that everything else was fine

Just come back from a fab 2 night stay here the hosts Sheila and Keith were both lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Keith is a little crazy and my 3 boys loved that he interacted and joked with them brilliantly, Sheila made a lovely breakfast to set you up for the day. The location is great just a short walk to the prom and there is free parking at the hotel for a few cars. The room was more than big enough for the 4 of us with everything you could need, very clean and tidy nice comfy beds. All in all lovely, genuine down to earth people, comfy beds, great location you can’t do wrong I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!! Thank for a great stay. X

Accommodation is light touch but pleasant and the owners are extremely welcoming and considerate. It's a fun and friendly place to be with a very good atmosphere. Very well located for the South Pier and the pleasure Beach.

Really enjoyed are stay. Upon arrival, the owners made us feel very welcome and made us a lovely coffee.Room had a double bed and bunk beds which are son loved.Slept very well. Overall,was good value for money.

Everything was lovely!!! The only thing I would say is, a rail is needed on the outside steps!!!!
