Somerville Hotel

Lovely hosts very friendly chatty and couldn't do enough...whatever we wanted for breakfast they accommodated for

Had an excellent time at the Somerville. Great nights sleep and delicious breakfast too. Owners are very friendly and so helpful! We will definitely be back.

Really nice hosts very quick easy check in. Very helpful. Room small but adequate with usual GB amenities ie Tea& Coffee in room. The whole Blackpool area is not good since the British tourists have been lately replaced. Lots of old dirty buildings even on the Southern Pier. Drugs & Alcohol abuse is evident in the streets especially of a night time. I knowvthis is not a reflection on this Hotel but it makes life more difficult for them. Rooms showed attention to msintainance eg a new secure door at the front. Nice flowers in the front contrasted with others on the street that only contained rubbish.

Basic but clean and tidy, perfect for a brief stop over. Large breakfasts, welcoming hosts.

The hotel smelled badly of air freshen plugs in that choked you the minute you walked through the door the bathroom was very small when you opened the curtains the flys fell of them overall it done just to get your head down. Never had breakfast as the plug in air freshener was very of putting

Lovely hotel with very friendly staff. The room was lovely and the breakfast was excellent. Arrival and departure couldn't have been any easier. Would definitely use this hotel again when visiting Blackpool. Great location near the South Pier.

Overnight stay for the lights, clean, warm, comfortable and fab breakfast - would use again - good location

had a good stay in this hotel breakfast was lovely and plentiful set us all up for a busy day ahead. the hosts lovely genuine couple couldnt do enough for u the rooms were plenty big enough for us four as only used it as a base very comfy too. only a short walk from pleasure beach and south pier. . would definitely return in the future. thanks Keith and Sheila for a great stay
