Hotel Luisiana

I’ve been staying here for over 10 years and it just gets better. Highly recommended.

Been staying at this hotel for years. Always feel safe but in terms of maintenance and cleanliness in rooms I am satisfied but they could do so much better ( there’s always a lightbulb or something broken in the room)

Its very expensive compared to other places. I thought breakfast was included and it was not. I paid 60 sixty dollars for two small breakfasts. I couldn't belief that 2 slices of toast, 2 scrambled eggs and 1 sausage for 25 dollars, the orange juice and coffee were charged separately.

Economical, walk to get buses to downtown, San Jose, close yet removed fr the pollution caused by the major road to downtown San Jose.

Needs updating. Sheets were stained.

The property would benefit from a higher maintenance. For instance the "new" restaurant is not even finished. This hotel used to be "fresher and neater" . Staff is always friendly, helpful and efficient.

I've stayed here many times over the years. Always reliable and consistent. Friendly staff, easy check in and out process

The staff is great. I like walking around Santa Ana and it is very close.

Dirty room/sheets/bathroom/room floor but AMAZING staff! AMAZING CHEF! (Just hair everywhere and hair on the sheets too)

Staff was friendly and helpful. The grounds are nice, and it's quiet. The room is dated and run-down and the kitchen not very well stocked (no plates, no functional coffee maker, broken hinges). We stayed for a week after my husband had surgery, and it was fine for that.
