The property did not have any running water, the room was not clean and had a terrible smell. The staff looked like they were in a gang or on parole, they talked and acted like thugs. They also waited until after I signed the no refund policy to tell me that there was no running water. We were there a few minutes, returned the key, and left. We did not stay and will not be back.

This place was a mess.. there were roaches, holes in the wall, none of the plugs were right. Our ohone chargers just fell right out. The entryway should have been enough to make us run.

"Worst hotel ever. "

Our first room we were given wasn't even ready. The new room had a roach on the wall, poop on the bathroom door frame, midlew in the shower, bleach stains and holes in the sheets. We asked for a few more towels as we had a family of 5 and they didn't have any. We were told a towel shortage.

"Nightmare of a motel"

Room smelled like smoke, black mold in the air conditioner, vandalism and graffiti in the room, remains of a blunt (marijuana cigarette) and ash on the dresser, blood stain on the pillow, deadbolt was missing from the door, furniture had disgusting stains, building looked to be in disrepair. Housekeeper said the room was clean. Lobby of the hotel smelled like marijuana. Natchez is such a cute town, but there are better affordable options available to you. Stay away from this place!!!!

It’s was completely not cleaned properly. One of the cups has been used already one of the beds did not have a fitted sheet and the beds was not made correctly shower had hair and dirt in it. The freezer part in the fridge was nasty as well

The bathroom toilet did not work, we requested non smoking they gave us smoking , the bathroom had mold on it. Only gave us one towel and no toilet paper . The staff were very rude and disrespectful and they did not provide free breakfast .
