FairBridge Inn Express Natchez

The room was nasty. Dirty carpet, fingerprints on the walls, cigarette burns on furniture, holes in the walls. No iron or ironing board in rooms or available at front desk. Rude and unprofessional staff. A terrible hotel ! Do not stay there, no matter how low the rate is !!!

Not a bad experience

The family who run this motel are really sweet. But the place is pretty seedy. Stains on everything except the bed, which was surprisingly comfy. And the bed was clean. And the shower was hot. If it weren’t for it being really sort of run down and kinda dirty it would be great. Just keep you eyes on the bed and I suspect this place is the kinda place that the lights are kept low for good reasons. You can take a hot shower in the morning before you go and you can feel better a little better about walking barefoot on the carpet the night before.

20 minute wait for room to be ready at 7pm with reservation, no cold water in sink, no sheet on bed, no continental breakfast as advertised, no lobby entrance, toilet broken lid and cut off and on during night.

They did not have room for me when I tried checking in and the woman at the desk was apathetic about the fact a young woman had nowhere to stay at 11:44pm Very horrible experience

Well when we got to our destination the girl told me that they had no rooms for me, and that my reservation was not accepted, she told me that I could pay her the money and then go all the way across town to stay at a Super 8 ? I asked the girl about canceling my reservation and she said no worries i will deal with it. And did not even ask for my name I had to give it to her. Was not a great expereince at all

When we arrived, check-in was fast and easy. The receptionist and her daughter were really sweet. The room looks like it's in the process of being remodeled. The headboards we're missing, the sink water stayed hot and we saw at least one roach. Other than that, the room was okay. The check out was the worst. There was a kid at the desk sleeping whom I had to wake and he said he didn't know how to check me out, so I asked for an adult. He went to a door and and came back to say his mom was doing something (sleepy mumbled). I waited 10 more minutes and asked if I had to wait for someone to check me out and he said no (this was after I woke him a 2nd time).

I would like a refund I did not stay there didn’t feel safe

It was closed down upon arrival

Stinks like cigarettes. There was roaches in the bathtub. Tub wouldn’t drain and I fell in it. Chair was broken. There was an office worker, her small child, and 3 dogs sleeping in the Lobby. Pictures tell it all. I’d love a refund!
