FairBridge Inn Express Natchez

First, I pulled up and there was a car in the check in area. I get out to check in.. the attendant is in the car. Gets out when I start walking up. What?.. he don't have to answer the phone for outside calls or someone calling the desk? Second, the first room I was given, the attendant told me.. "the key card may not work".. and of course, it did not work, had to get another room. The room was ok for what I paid. I knew it wasn't a 5 star place, just needed somewhere to sleep. But, had a hard time getting the TV remote to work. Then only about half the channels worked... which was about 15 of 30 (approx). Then I noticed the bathroom facet would not stop running, and no hot water at the sink. Best thing about the whole stay was the AC was awesome! oh... and the water pressure was very good. Got ready to check out. Start walking toward the office. Again, a car in the check in area. A different attendant gets out. He asks .. "do you want to check out". Yes, I say.. he takes my key card and I leave. I suspect he was smoking marijuana in the car. I understand 'you get what you pay for'... but they could at least fix the facet.

PLEASE, PLEASE DONT BOOK. THE PICTURES ON THE WEB IS OVER 13 YEARS OLD. I checked in was told that expedia had me charged for 2rooms. Mr. Adrian fixed that. I was thinking that this will be a good experience. 1st room the toilet was leaking. The manager was trying to leave. 2nd room most of the lights wouldn't work. Had to look for the manager. 3rd room was bad. But i was tired of spraying disinfectant. The rooms are nasty, disgusting, infested with Roaches, found a joint in the head of the bed, sink stopped up, toilet set broken, roaches in the refrigerator. The woman at the desk was in a red truck most of the time smoking weed. She had a real bad attitude when i asked for clean towels. The housekeeper that gave me the towels. When i went to find her was very sweet. I think that was the same lady that checked me out on Sunday. The could at least wash with some that has a little fresh smell. THIS IS NOT A HOTEL. THE DONT DROP IN MOTEL FITS BETTER. NO POOL,NO BREAKFAST, WIREFIRE DONT WORK.

Our room had a smell to it, the back of the TV remote was missing, some knobs were broken off the AC unit, it was about as low quality as you can get.

This was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in! The smell of the room was old, stale, and moldy! Most of the lights in the room did not work! The sink did not have any hot water! Also, when I booked this hotel, it stated that it had free continental breakfast, but when I got up and checked that info with the front desk, I was told that they didn't! I will never stay at this inn again!

I stayed at this hotel many years ago when it was the Comfort Inn. I went there yesterday, and it was horrible. I first met a drug addict in the lobby trying to cool off. However, it was so hot in the lobby, she could not cool off. I asked the desk clerk who she was and he replied, ' I HAVE NO $$$$ing IDEA WHO SHE IS'. He then gave me a room and when I went to.the room someone else was already there. I opened the door and YES a person was in the bed. I went back down to the lobby, and he gave me a room that was already open. The toilet also did not work. At this time, I called several times to reservation.com to cancel my reservation. I could not get my $90 dollars back because the manager refused to refund it. I promptly left the facility. To me it was safer driving back.home in the dark late at night than to stay at this DUMP. And that is what I did.

Despite their ad saying that they served a continental breakfast, they didn’t. The first room had a broken a/c. The second room, the bathroom counter was cracked, the carpet felt slimy, the curtain rod had come loose from the wall, and the rod to hang clothes on was falling off the wall. Unless you’re REALLY scraping your pennies, go somewhere else.

I feel like I was scammed. The pictures on the Website are nothing like the actual property. It was too awful to put into words!

I didn't take any photos but there was a leak under the sink that left a puddle on the floor. It was room 227. The room smelled of mildew and it was really humid and stuffy even with the air on full blast
