We did have a few minor incidents during our stay, but the front desk manager and staff were quick to respond and resolve everything professionally. Overall, a great stay at the Renaissance Raleigh North Hills Hotel.

Wonderful front desk staff. Upon check in my bank had locked my card thinking I may have a fraudulent charge. The front desk staff was very patient and helpful. Room was huge!

I had a small concern which was addressed immediately and staff gave me points on my loyalty card. I didn't ask for anything they immediately took care of the concern. Bar closes at 11 pm on weekdays....but market was open.

Timothy Prater was onze eerste aanspreekpunt in het hotel. Erg vriendelijk, meedenkend en zorgzaam. Hij heeft mooie suggesties met ons gedeeld qua eten en drinken. Ons voorzien van water als we de stad in gingen! Top vent.
