Room was clean and A/C worked great. Location was convenient to access other activities planned for Alice, TX. Second year we have stayed here for our annual dove hunt.

The room was dirty. Hairs all over the tub. Elevator wasn’t working. No hair blow dryer in room. Paper thin walls, even as you walked the hallways you can hear the tenants.
