the elevators did not work did not smell clean outside was very dirty

I need cleaning

I had a comfortable stay; however there was always noise during the night as if someone was running up and down the hallway or in a room.

I booked a non smoking room for 4 days and 3 nights just to get a room that smelt of smoke, carpet & chair were very sticky and nasty along with the tv not working. When housekeeping came to clean our room and I asked for fresh bedding due to our bedding being stained with something we didnt receive fresh sheets. We had to go buy some blankets to cover the bed with in order to sleep on it. I asked for another room but was told there was no more availability. We will not being staying at La Quinta anymore nor have family and friends stay there as well. I'm extremely disappointed with this stay especially after traveling more than 8 hours to stay in a dirty room.

The bed in the second room was very comfortable.

The first room we were given had fleas. I went to the front desk to change rooms and couldn’t get a different room key without moving all of our things out of the first room and bringing that key back to the front desk first. The young man at the front desk stood by the policy of not giving out two keys at the same time, but it didn’t improve my attitude at the time. We moved everything to a second room, and it had a very musty smell especially in the pillows. we stayed the night, but probably will not be back.

The room door was scratched up bad. As you enter room the bad smell is overwhelming. Roaches scattered and was on one of the beds. The bathtub was horrible. Couldn't tell if it was clean because it was rusted badly.

Staff was amazing, loved everything about it.

Lights in the elevator were out one morning and it was pitch black in there. There were holes in the towels. They would only provide you with 3 towels when we had 4 in our room. In order to get a 4th towel, I needed to give one back. The pillows were completely flat. Like nothing in them at all. Overall, very run down. Needs some serious updating. Very disappointed as I stayed there 4 years ago and it was not this bad.

Hotel is great for a couple of nights stay but need to maintain the bathroom faucets. person at front desk really nice and helpful.
