It smelled like mold as soon as I walked in & the room smelled like mold as well. It was non refundable so I stayed. Woke up sneezing & sneezing

"Not a family friendly place. Beware with going with kids. Your kids might get yelled at by the rude staff"

The breakfast staff yelled at our 3 year old child because our daughter accidentally spilled water on the floor. Upon escalating this to the onsite manager, the manager defended her staff saying she wont allow her own child to make a mess. Our daughter was so traumatized by this experience that we immediately decided to leave the hotel and didn’t feel comfortable staying there for another minute. Additionally, one needs to be cautious about the hooks attached to the bed frame (photos attached). I got injured in my legs because of that, but I didn’t complain to anyone as I should have been more careful.

I love the friendliness of the front staff, rooms were clean, everything was stalked properly, great location, everything was accessible.

1. I did not like that on Saturday morning, the cleaning crew came to take my towels but did not replace them nor did they do my room. When my mother asked why wasn't the room cleaned they told her if they can get to it then they will. 2. The email I received said that the pool was going to be closed due to covid and when I got there it was open, had I had known I would have packed for the water. 3. As I came down for breakfast on Sunday around 7:30 a.m. the breakfast trays were empty with no sausage or eggs in them. I feel that they should have been kept up knowing that you have the breakfast open from 6:00 to 10:00 a.m. with guest arriving to eat at random times.

Premises are well maintained. The pool was closed, I’m guessing for renovation pr maintenance. Room was clean. Good breakfast options, but the quality of the orange juice for example was not the best and like that other items that one can tell that they buy the cheapest items they can find. Good was just okay, but the ladies there are a little rude. We saw one of them being rude to an elderly man because he was taking breakfast to his grand child to the room. We were sitting finishing breakfast and one of the ladies asked us if we were done eating because she had to close the dining area in a tone of voice that we didn’t appreciate. We were not getting any more food, we were only finishing eating. Regardless of this, Inwould stay here again 😊
