Take note that this hotel is on top of a hill (about a 1 minute walk). This didn't bother me, but it might bother some others. The location is not too bad - it's between Karon and Kata (closer to Kata Beach) so it's best of both worlds. If you prefer very crazy nightlife, then you will want to be in Patong instead. The hotel room was OK. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was OK. One corner of the room is very dark as it could do with an extra ceiling light. The shower temperature was coolish warm, and only warm at best - tried to tell reception but they didn't really fix it. The water is especially cool-ish warm at night, maybe they're trying to save money by decreasing the water temperature? I don't know, but this did annoy me quite a bit. Also, I think the toilets in this hotel can't handle toilet paper (although this is probably the norm for Thai toilets), so be warned not to put toilet paper in else you'll be needing to call the reception for someone to come with a plunger!

Loved the staff, breakfast every morning and how big the room was. A mini bar would have been a great addition!

Located right in the centre of town, this hotel has ideal location for anyone who is looking to stay in the heart of the city. It's also a quick walk to both Karon and Kata beaches. The staff are friendly and cheerful.

We have been staying at this hotel on and off for over 20 years and have seen its growth and expansion. Great location convenient shuttle bus to beach if really exhausted but v walkable. Friendly, thoughtful staff; discovered it was my Birthday and sent me a surprise complimentary Birthday cake. Our arrival was delayed a day due to a typhoon so hotel gave a room upgrade. Quick and easy check in which, after a late flight, was appreciated. Lovely pools -choice of 4 ! Only negatives: weak wifi and a little noisy cleaners in corridors! We will be back for sure.

I really liked it, the resort is in a hill so it the surroundings are quiet. The facilities between Peach Hill and Peach Blossom are shared so you are able to use all the 3 pools and many bars.

Just spent 10 days here and really disappointed. The hotel is in need of updating and rooms, pools and restaurant all very tired. The front of the hotel is very noisy with cars and bikes up and down at all hours. We moved rooms to avoid the noise but then had to tackle 5 flights of stairs as lift out of order the whole of our stay. Breakfast was poor and the staff in the breakfast room just stood around and it was a job to get their attention for coffee. Although location to bars and beach was good the hill up is a killer .

Great overall for price room not too clean. Stayed at white peach hotel which didn't really feel like part of the resort. Close to kata beach great snokling
