The location was fabulous, right between 2 beaches, close to shops and restaurants yet nice and quiet at night. Couldn't be better. The pools were great and the time we went not too busy at all yet everything still available to us.

"Convenient location and large hotel property"

Beautiful lobby and gracious check in. We were upgraded to ocean view rooms for both of our 2 rooms, staff are very polite the entire stay. Very convenient location, 5 minute walk to either Kata or Karon Beaches (Kata is calmer water and has several shops and restaurants, but Karon water is MUCH more clear with waves and a strong current). There are actually 2 hotels in the group, and share pools and 2 separate entrances which makes it very convenient. A few minutes walk to restaurants and bars. Each of the 3 pools are very nice and lovely, with each having a swim up bar. Received a free upgrade at check in but it seems not many customers were staying at the hotel. Breakfast was one of the only weak points as the quality and selection were not great (fruit not ripe, meats were hot dogs or low grade, etc). Overall a great stay and a very convenient hotel. I would stay there again!

Amazing service! The room was fantastic with only exeption the shower drain was partialy blocked. Nice view from the room and the hotel had a nice vibe. Beautiful restaurants in the area going to Karon beach

"It was alright"

We were given a free upgrade to an older dark room which had a view of the front entrance and driveway. They did move us to a better room with a pool view after we requested it. The cleanliness was okay and size of the room was good. However we had to walk around what felt like a maze just to get to the breakfast room and walk up a steep hill to get to the hotel. The staff were very polite and professional.

a good 4 star resort ,very friendly and helpful staff. would recommend for people under 60 as there are some steep climbs and lots of stairs
