Peach Hill Resort

All good and staff behaviour was too good thanks Mr. Mayank & Mr. Vishnu Rooms were good. Service was good. Drivers and other staff is also good. Will recmmend my friends and coligues to book peach hill hotel. Just this review columb is too long asking for minimum 200 characters.

All the services are good and the staffs where polite and helpful.I can suggest to my friends and family for there trip . Specially Mayank he was very helpful and Good in Nature .Can give him 10/10 for him as the rating .Room Service was also good .

It was AMAZING 👏 The staff were super friendly and attentive on checking in. We had pre booked 2 deluxe summit wing rooms at Peach Hill Resort but were upgraded to a pool villa at Peach Blossom. It was out of this world! The first time ever we had received any kind of upgrade, it was truly unbelievable to us. The pool villa was stunning and made for the best family holiday we have ever had anywhere in the world. All of the staff were so friendly and nice. We had pre purchased breakfasts every day, which was well worth it, great selection of fresh food and beautiful restaurants. Teenagers enjoyed pool hopping, and we loved having our own private pool. Highly recommend Peach Hill and Peach Blossom Resorts. Fabulous location, a few minutes walk to Kata Beach Rd with everything you could possibly need. We also loved the walks back up the hill, great exercise. We will be back to stay at the same time next year. Thank you, Peach Hill and Blossom, for the amazing stay and memories ❤️

Steep hill to property not mentioned in property discription

The entrance and pool area looks good. The breakfast is set up everyday but the food is open and there eere flies and nets all over the food ...i couldn't eat anything. There is no elevator pass the 2nd floor terrible experience with climbing the stairs. The hotel is on a big steep hills just terrible for people with limitations or the elderly. I would not book with this hotel oh and keep your deposit receipt to get your 100 returned. I almost lost my money even though they kept account of me paying them.

Hotel is strategically in a good place, situated between Kata and Karon beach, easy to go to both. Very welcoming first meeting in the reception, they were very helpful. We liked breakfast, simple, but you get eggs (also omlette station), toast, bread, some noodle dishes, fruits, cereals. Room itself was nice, modern, clean (Deluxe Avenue Wing regular room), you get 2 bottles of water every day complimentary. Avenue Wing is situated near Kata Road, so it was quite easy to go to the city (no steep hills, because we already were on the street level). Hotel area itself is in some places very lush green and you can use 3 different pools. There are some quite cute cafes (cafes on the rocks, nearby the sea) near the hotel, if you walk further away. Main pool area is not very big, but there was few chairs still available. Nice views from the main pool area. The advertising is not right. We had room in Deluxe Avenue Wing. Well it is an Avenue Wing, which means the building is situated near Kata Road, which is super busy in the evenings. So we were unlucky to receive last room in the corridor which faced the street. So until midnight you hear loud traffic noise. So we didn't get enough sleep there. And cars starting to drive in the morning too. But this building is far away from breakfast area and main pool (which are uphill, many stairs, but we didn't mind climbing). The building itself was constantly under construction, on the 1st floor I think they gonna open restaurant or reception area, but these workers were constantly working there (noise). Corridors were quite dirty because of the construction and also too many construction workers were walking in the corridors so it didn't feel nice. On the Booking.com these rooms were advertised also as "overlooking the pool", but only one end of the building can see the pool, if you are on the street end of corridor, you will see street. Streetview is also OK, but the noise.....

We stayed one week in this hotel. Location is excellent, because it’s central,but you can still sleep peacefully your nights. The hotel is on a hill and there are lots of stairs, so if you have problems with your feet, choose another one! Surroundings are green and lovely! Reminds of rain forest. The huge mango tree by the smaller pool is lovely. Rooms were cleaned daily and were nice. Breakfast was good, but some of the food should be cooler. It’s so hot everywhere, that all the products with milk, cheese or ham should be better in ice. The worst thing in this hotel, was the unfortunatelly maintenance of the pools. There are three pools, but all of them needs some better attention. The water seemed a bit dirty. It was clean, but when you went to have a swim, there was some sand and other dirt on the bottom of the pool. There was also flouting some stuff in the water, that shouldn’t be there. I have travelled a lot, but here were the pools dirtiest everywhere in my opinion. There came a family with a small child and the child swam and dived all day. The poor child threw up 10 times after that one day. Also the wood surroundings by the biggest pool should be replaced. You can hurt your feet, because all the nails sticks up from the wood. It’ s not safe to walk there without shoes. The staff was very polite and helpful, so nothing bad to say about them.☺️

We were in the lower building which was still under construction. The room itself was nice, but the elevator rarely worked and the stairs were a construction site. During room cleaning, the halls was filled with dirty towels and sheets. You had to step around piles of dirty laundry to reach your room. View of construction sight and some noise from construction as well.

Very nice stay. Thank you for having us :) The room is nice and the pools and outdoor areas are lovely. Only thing would be to keep the pool open a bit later as we like to night swim. The drivers, baggage helpers & servers were great value and always there to help.

Lovely resort with the best view from the restaurant and swimming pool. It's a huge property with all essential amenities. It's at walking distance from the Kata beach. The staff is very friendly and helpful specially Mayank had been a great help to us.
