Área da piscina super agradável, café da manhã ótimo, muito verde dentro da pousada. Infraestrutura e funcionários do suporte na praia excelente.

A chave do quarto deu problema para abrir todos os dias. TV não estava funcionando e único interruptor do quarto tb. Foi solucionado após reclamação. Colchão molengo. Não havia opção de ortopédico Toalhas desgastadas além do normal. Enfim, a estrutura do quarto aquém do que se espera pela diária paga.

Essa foi a 3ª vez que me hospedo no Serena e cada vez fico mais encantada com o lugar. Toda área aberta é um convite para o descanso, o atendimento dos funcionário é maravilhoso, a distância da praia é bem pertinho, voltarei em breve com certeza
