Good place good people good service this place gets two thumbs up

The staff was very accomadating and friendly..I had hurt my back months before and had a bit of trouble walking..several times a staff member would help me negociate a steep section with a hand..beach and pool best on beach in mombassa

I booked two premier rooms at higher price and waited for two hours at the reception, only to be told our premier rooms are fully booked. They didn’t want to refund our money. They gave us two garden rooms. A dumpster place, It should be closed completely. There rooms are dirty and even show the management pictures of our rooms 432 and 434.

The garden paths were awesome at night. The lighting switches in the rooms were quite confusing and not user friendly.

Its right at the beach, the property is well maintained and child friendly

Yes , it’s near the beach but we were not happy with the Front Desk. The room given to us, did not have coffee/tea making facilities until we asked. Lastly, the price soon after our deductions from Visa, the room was priced down by $24 per night. This will not help me to contact you for further bookings.

Great location just right next to the beach. The half board package made budget sense and the buffet is varied. Staff are polite and willing to assist and the facilities are excellent. The gym was out of service though and the swimming pool closes at 6 which may be too early for those who like evening dips in the hot weather. Overall however, nice place.

The old glorious Nyali is back!!! The general manager Njoroge, Scovia from reception and Benjamin from dining deliver the best quality of service you can ever expect from the hospitality sector. The grounds are beautiful, right on the beach. The hotel is close to downtown Mombasa, and all other amenities. Loved our time here!

The reception area, restaurants, bar, pool area are beautiful but the rooms need serious rennovations. It looks like the rooms hasn't been changed since the 1980s. The rooms need to be totally gutted and modernized. Rattan closet doors and furnishings were old and smelly, bathroom bathtub was rusted and one facuet did not work, shower stall was old, floor tiles were cracked and the bed was old. This hotel could be top notch and filled with guests if the owner would spend thebtime and money more on rennovations of the rooms rather than just making the exerior look nice.
