Avgonima All Seasons Hotel

30 minutes away from Chios. The hotel is in a small village. Since it is in a high place, it is not too hot and the weather is very nice. The hotel owner is very kind and understanding. I would definitely stay again

Firstly, I really loved the village of Avgonima. Avgonima All Seasons Hotel was litereally gorgeous. Tranquility in the landscape was breathtaking. Best sunset on the whole island. I will definitely stay at Avgonima All Seasons Hotel again for the next time.

If you need an escape from everything, this is the place to be! Wonderful medieval village offers you a silence treat, you’ll be cleansed after your stay.

The room was well decorated - the bed was comfortable. The towels and linen all very clean. We loved Asteri restaurant in the village and ate there two nights out of three. We liked the old buildings in the village and were aware that we were in a building with a history. We appreciated the air conditioning as it was very hot.

The shower has no doors and there is a mess every time. A small blue light near the front door flashes constantly when trying to sleep. No tea towel (lucky we travel with two). Could not use the balcony in the day as it was too hot with no shade and at night too windy to enjoy the night sky. The village is remote and there is no mini market so you need to make sure you have everything you may need to self cater. There was no toaster and the tray in the oven had crumbs in it - we did not use the stove.

It was a well-appointed room with enough space for two people and its terrace was huge. The view was very beautiful as there was pine forests on one side and the village with stone houses on the other. Kitchen space and utensils were enough for us. There was a built- in closet, which was sufficient. There were mosquito nets on the windows. Air conditioner was working properly. We slept comfortably because it is a quiet village. Parking was not an issue either. We rented a car and as we could think of the village as in the middle of the island, it wasn't difficult to commute.

There are very few restaurant alternatives nearby and we did not see a market either. Plans should be made accordingly. There was a hot water problem. There was no hair dryer. It was a little bit difficult to communicate with the lady in charge in English.

The stuff we're very kind full... Everything was perfect..large rooms,everyday cleaning...
