Avgonima All Seasons Hotel

Beautiful location in an authentic village. Breathtaking views down to the sea and the mountains. Very comfortable bed and settee. Anna, who looked after the property, was extremely helpful.

Very few kitchen utensils.

What a wonderful place! I had an amazing time staying at Avgonyma All Seasons. The owner Augustis is very friendly and helpful, providing you with any information you might need about the island. He's always available via phone or text if you need anything. Also Anna, who is working at the hotel and is living in the village, is such a lovely, helpful person! I spent many evenings with her and her friends from the village and felt like at home. The rooms are amazing! Because I extended my stay, I changed rooms so I got to see the apartment overlooking the sea as well as the one with the mountain view. It was lovely sitting on the private terrace and watching the sun set. The rooms are super clean and spacious and equipped for cooking. It is very peaceful and quite in the town, which I enjoyed a lot. The location is great for exploring the island. I spent time in the South as well as the North of the island. You do need some means of transportation though! Overall, a perfect stay - thank you!

A beautiful apartment in a beautiful village. We were upgraded to a room with a small balcony looking out over the hills towards Anavatos. Clean and comfortable and a well-equipped kitchen for self-catering (although there are good restaurants in the village too).

Very special and wonderful village. Apartment was very clean. Augustis upgraded our room to a bigger one with a nice mountain view without extra charge.

The village Avgonyma is wonderful, the location of the room and the garden outside are amazing. The room itself was cozy, fully equipped and fairly clean. The thick stone kept the summer heat out and the AC also helped. We were two couples in separate rooms. I recommend this as a great value for money choice if you can make sure you don't take the room with the problematic bathroom. My rating is the average of both rooms.

The bathroom was a joke. To my understanding the other rooms have normal bathrooms, but not the one we got. It was too small to do anything. Shower was a constant injury hazard. We hit our heads on the ceiling, our elbows at the walls and we both almost tripped on the toilet. Washing one's face needs certain agility and sitting on the toilet is impossible without leaving the door open (unless you are 4 feet tall). Unfortunately this wasn't obvious in the pictures, otherwise we wouldn't have booked it. The mattress had a noticeable mileage. The entrance had 2 doors with 2 high steps each, which needed caution if the lights were out. Also the wifi was extremely slow. I would have ignored the rest and given this property an excellent rating if it wasn't for the ridiculous bathroom
