"Excellent value for money apartments close to all the city has to offer."

We were able to access the room before official check in time thanks to the very friendly reception staff. The bed had a brand new mattress which had just been put on the bed and was very comfortable. Everything in the room was very clean and all we needed was provided. The bathroom appeared to have been recently renovated which made it very appealing to use. Despite being next to a busy road, the room was exceptionally quiet. Its location meant we could walk to everything we needed to do while staying there.

"Good choice."

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Out of the hussle and bussle of the inner city but an easy walk to 2 different tram lines that take you to all the sights.. Supermarket within walking distance. The room was a spacious. Free parking. I would stay there again.

Some facilities are a bit tired but for the price of this accommodation it was to be expected.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the apartment was equipped with everything I needed and the location was within easy walking distance to trams and the vibrant Sydney Road.

The fan in the bathroom was noisy.

"Disappointing"

John the staff member on duty was amazing, helpful, considerate and apologetic.

We were not given the room booked. I booked a family room with 2 beds and was given a single room with only one bed. John provided a fold out bed as original room booked was now unavailable. I paid $1175.00 for a 3 night stay in a room that is advertised at $139.00 per night for 2 people. I was offered free Ubers/taxi to travel into Melbourne for our events. John tried very hard to please us.
