"Excellent"

*Staff (T, Sun and Johnny) were super friendly & helpful. *Location was good for me, handy to 19 Tram, stop 19, & lots of shops. *Not too much traffic noise. *Bed super comfy. *Great to have cooking options (hob) as well as a microwave.

*Shower was a bit dated with a fixed head that wanted to spray towards the door - needed tightening but I forgot to mention this. *Carpet on stairs near entrance is very old & needs replacing. It gives a bad impression. *Water is too hot & could easily burn.
