"to far out of city and very budget accommodation."

Easy check-in.

There was one room with everything multiple beds, kitchen etc. Beds were not comfortable budget linen. Old window rattler for a heater. Water constantly dripping from above and hitting tin kept everyone awake. cleanliness was questionable. very small hot water service one shower and no hot water left. location even hard for an uber to stop.

"Charming and Comfortable Stay in a Prime Location"

Highly recommended for families. The room featured a Queen and King Single bed, which fit us perfectly. Great amenities including a functional kitchenette, fast internet, and a modern TV. The property is centrally located near major transport links (train/tram) and a fantastic culinary and shopping hub.

The hallway carpets appeared somewhat worn and dated. Additionally, there was a noticeable lingering odor of smoke in the common areas, likely due to other guests disregarding the non-smoking policy.

Staff were fantastic on check in, very friendly, easy check in and access, good location. Price was good when booking and before our experience but not looking back on our stay.

The place is old and there are so many half arsed patch ups and fixes from a maintenance point of view but that is ok. This is cosmetic and doesn't affect how the rooms function. The place is just dirty overall. Bathroom floor sticky, toothpaste on the wall, badly stained carpets, an odour in the stairwell a bit of a smokey smell too, I can handle all this, just but, the cockroaches/bugs is a deal breaker. We were nearly packing up at midnight (when we arrived back after being out) and leaving. Yes it is a cheap room for a family but you shouldn't have to deal with the bugs
