The breakfast was okay.

The kitchen staff is very slow in execution of the order placed. We waited to 1 1\2 hrs for lunch order placed of just 3 items. The chef Verma was really very rude and is a disgrace to the organization. The beach restaurant which offers thali is charging a bomb and served food after 1and 1/2 hr. The food was of very low quality. So we refused to pay. While we were leaving your chef Verma told us to pay for the food bill. When we refused ge told the security to close the gates and started arguing. We had paid for stay in advance and had cleared rest of the bills also. We refused to pay for the thali for them to realize how they treat the guest. Pls I would request you'll to look I to this matter as it can ruin your reputation. The staff like Varma should be thrown out with immediate effect.

The location staff and limited but good quality food

Nothing great in this so called 5 star property which charges more hefty as compared to the rooms, food and service we got.

Staff was rude. Non intercom or internet working. Everytime for anything you have to walk all the way to reception. Very limited food items for breakfast buffet. Basic vegetables were not available as well like palak, cauliflower etc. This 5 star charges 16k per night for tent room which has instant geyser so not hot water in shower. Beach is not at all maintained. Just one club car for guests and luggages, so you have a long waiting time.

Room wasn’t clean, bed sheet and quilt were stained. There were mosquitoes. Food is horrible, tasteless and bad quality. The staff at restaurant is lousy. It’s over priced resort and never recommending to anyone.
