Very convenient and superb hospitality. Particularly Ashutosh, arun has been very helpfull. Since I take only Jain food, chef birendra took special care and made life easier.

it was a truly exceptional stay we recently had while celebrating one of special occasion. Hotel team went above and beyond to make the occasion memorable, and the overall experience was outstanding. The room itself was a highlight. It was impeccably clean, well-appointed, and incredibly comfortable. The attention to detail in the decor and amenities made our stay feel like a true retreat. Outstanding Food Experience The dining experience was superb, showcasing the quality and variety Vivanta is known for: -- Dinner: The dinner experience was excellent. Everything in Desert & main course (specially lasagne, baby corn) was delicious, and the service was attentive, making our celebration dinner feel special. I had shared the feedback to Chef as well. -- Breakfast Buffet: The breakfast buffet was expansive and fresh, featuring a fantastic range of options that catered to every taste. It was the perfect start to our days. Special Appreciation for the Team The level of personalized service we received was the most impressive aspect of our stay.The entire team ensured every detail related to the event celebration was perfectly executed

Dogs do have limited space for breakfast.... A person travelling along with their pets can't enjoy the buffet without having to leave their dogs alone at the table, which in most scenarios is impossible

Binita – 5/5 Extremely hardworking and professional. Always fast, efficient, and consistent. Just as great as Toshila 3. Shravani – 5/5 Always smiling and brings warm, positive energy. FRONT OFFICE TEAM 1. Zizi – 5/5 Exceptionally responsible. She’s amazing. Reads guests well and finds solutions that are fast and thoughtful. Takes full ownership of issues and sees them through to resolution. One of the best. 2. Rajarshree – 5/5 Professional and deeply empathetic. Listens carefully and goes out of his way to resolve guest concerns, always with courtesy and a calming tone. Amazing guy, would recommend. 3. Suraj – 5/5 Observant and genuinely caring. Pays attention to guests’ well-being and checks in with sincerity. Always makes you feel remembered. 4. Shiva Kumar – 5/5 A senior figure who leads by example. Calm, composed, and deeply in tune with guest comfort. Handles situations smoothly without fuss, excellent at what he does. 5. Mangala 1/5 I don’t wish to elaborate. This will spare her from any scrutiny from her boss. She dragged my experience down at Vivanta so badly, but her colleagues at front office managed to save it for her. She knows where she went wrong. 6. Nazim 5/5 He was the main person who salvaged the entire experience. he’s amazing and treats his staff under him very well. Go to him, and he’ll take care of you. Very lovely place to stay with family, senior citizens, and pets. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and had a happy time. The staff is very friendly with pets. Overall place and room is very neat & clean
