Really very happy with the overall experience, had come for a couple of days with my entire family. With Senior citizens and kids travelling, the hotel staff took really good care with timely availability of cot and with respect to stay at the hotel. from the front desk Manisha was really helpful and went the extra mile in ensuring comfort of my parents and kids. Since we had to go outside the hotel, Manisha help co-ordinate with me and ensured the comfort of my parents and kids. Assortment at breakfasts was amazing and we had our dinner at terracota on both days and it was great. Thank you so much Vivanta team.

A single night stay was very pleasant and comfortable. Rooms are furnished exotically and are quite spacious and clean. All the essentials are available. Shower cabin was seperate from toilet. The only issue was that shower water was overflowing into toilet cabin as well as in the passage. Breakfast was wholesome with lots of of healthy options as well as good variety. Gym was well equipped and enjoyed the one hour workout there very much. Swimming pool was very enticing but could not get time to swim. Sauna and steam also was available on demand.

Stay was very good. Ambience and hospitality was amazing. We went to celebrate our anniversary and they gave complementary cake and wine which was very nice. Chef Virendra was very considerate and he prepared custom meals for our kids. Very grateful to him for his personal touch during our stay.

My recent stay at the Vivanta by Taj in Whitefield, Bengaluru, was truly outstanding. As a first-time guest at a Taj property, I initially had reservations, expecting that 5-star hotels might prioritize international visitors over Indian residents. I was pleasantly surprised to find that this was not the case. The staff was incredibly professional, helpful, and understanding. The hotel's atmosphere, including the rooms and restaurants, was pleasant, calming, and deeply relaxing. Furthermore, the staff demonstrated exceptional patience, particularly with late requests, and were extremely helpful in assisting with orders. I noticed absolutely no difference in the level of service provided to me as an Indian resident compared to any international guest. Because of this consistently high level of service and welcoming environment, Vivanta will now be my top choice for accommodation in any city moving forward.

Typical of the Taj Hotels, you can expect wonderful service, cleanliness, safety, attention to detail and service. Chef Virendra and his team do an outstanding job at the Mynt restaurant. The food choice is large with Western and Indian options. There is something for everyone. With a dosa station, there is a choice of dosas that is a must when in India. There are other choices including pongal, rave upma, vada, pakora etc. The rooms are modern, spacious, clean and well maintained and serviced. Room service does a great job and had no issues. Would certainly come back and do recommend.
