The beds were a bit uncomfortable and the room was very hot. If you request a higher floor u could wedge your window open.

The breakfast was amazing however stone cold - not just cooled down but cold which was disappointing. Also felt awkward using the pool as there were lessons on and a young lady quite abruptly said to use the shower before getting in - I’m 55yrs old and used to be a pool attendant and life guard - I was never not going to shower before getting in and didn’t appreciate being barked at like a child !! I also asked about availability for the weekend after to bring my whole family (2 adults, 2 boys) - I asked about a family room and was told yes they have a room that sleeps 6 - he then asked who would be staying in it, I said myself, husband & 2 boys - to which I was then told only 3 could stay in the room??? I questioned that he’d just said it sleeps 6? To which he said no 3 - so I asked about a double and twins rooms next to each other - he got the prices but then suggested the Holiday Inn over the road???? Not a great way to keep business really .
