muy muy decepcionados a nuestra llegada recepción muy distante incluso arrogante nos informan que nuestra habitación no está lista y que no tenemos desayuno a pesar de que estaba incluido tuvimos que ser muy insistentes y sacar nuestras reservas captura de pantalla expedia para finalmente escuchar que sí de hecho, pero ni una palabra de disculpa, teníamos una habitación tranquila, nos dijeron que sí, que tendríamos una habitación al lado de la piscina cubierta, terminamos con una habitación en la esquina de 2 calles principales porque el hotel está en el centro de la ciudad. muy, muy, muy ruidoso, nos cambiaron a pedido nuestro, teníamos derecho a una habitación que la mitad en total daba al techo de la recepción y, por supuesto, al día siguiente en el desayuno nuevamente la agresividad nos dejó boquiabiertos haciéndonos pagar el desayuno cuando dijimos que era se incluyó para ver con la recepción fueron muy insistentes fuimos muy antipáticos nos tomaron por ladrones en frente de toda la gente no tuvimos disculpas cuando hubo la confirmación n de nuestros buenos derechos el peor hotel y especialmente bienvenido desde nuestro perible un mes en México 3 kilómetros más allá hay un hotel más barato y mucho más acogedor y menos ruidoso muy muy decepcionado además clientela muy desilusionada ruidosa e irrespetuosa con la gente tranquila junto a la piscina leer con niños que creen que están en disneyland y fumadores a pesar de que no se respeta la prohibición
