"Great little hotel "

Convenient location for driving to Palenque ruins. Nice warm pool. Well appointed room, with good quiet air conditioning. Breakfast buffet was plentiful. Car parking was available at the front.

"Modern clean great rooms"

Room was very clean. Single person but had 2 beds in room. Bathroom very clean. Supplied good towels. Soap shampoo, shower cap. Air con worked really well plus had overhead fan. Quit room on 3rd floor considering on main street. Had a pool which was clean and they supplied pool towels. Lounging and sitting area and pool bar. Corridor was blasting hot but rooms cool. Reception very modern. Efficient staff.

"Surprising Stay"

I was bracing myself to be underwhelmed but wanted something more modern after days of ruins and haciendas. The beds were reasonably comfortable, the shower was good, the air conditioning was fantastic and the pool was amazing. It has a zero entry area! Water was warm at first but was refreshing. Had great service of drinks in the pool. Friday night it was packed but Saturday was more calm. There was music on Friday until 11 pm and we had a room alongside the pool on the first floor but I wasn’t bothered. I was also exhausted. TV had loads of channels and CNN in English. Restaurant was quite good. We opted for room service breakfast which was good. The arracheras were great as was a chicken soup. It was a very nice two night stay for us.

Le gente del restaurante y del bar, en general muy amable La gente de recepción se portaron muy groseros el día que entramos y más aun el día que salimos. Llegamos a las 4 PM cuando el checkin era a las 3 PM, y no estaban listas las habitaciones y nos entregaron hasta las 5 PM. Y la comida nos hizo mal a todos. los que nos hospedamos. Si algo no haré en el futuro es regresar o recomedar ese hotel.

Me gusto el hotel, por adentro es muy bonito, la alberca, su restaurante, tienen varios servicios adicionales y el personal muy atento y nos dio solución a todo.
