Rude staff. Kept knocking on my door before checkout time asking when i would be leaving.

The pool was not watm enough for the weather. Although i understand that we were swimming during the last week of the season, the pool walls and hot tub were covered in green algae. It was as if the pool cleaner just gave up! :(

We liked the suite a lot, decor was lovely, full of Canadian memorabilia. The view was amazing towards the water.

Beautiful area with views everywhere! Our room was great, had everything we could need. It was clean, modern and a decent size. Service was friendly enough.

The property is situated in a beautiful scenic location. Spacious and secluded .

Didn’t like all the stairs , didn’t like the lack of staff available. Didn’t like no information book on what the premises have to offer. Water tasted off. Water was yellowish in the bathtub.

Great place for a quiet stay by the muskoka lake. No dining options inhouse, the restaurant was closed for private event. No Breakfast option.

Lake views are obstructed by wild shrubbery that hasn’t been maintained.

The room carpet was dirty and stained, found two cigarette butts on the deck floor, sign says $100 fine, The room walls needed cleaning. No breakfast served at resort. Check in was easy. Resort needs some updates noticed many issues that need to be repaired. Coffee in room but no tea bags, No vending machines if you need snacks The room views were spectacular,
