Frokosten var veldig bra, godt utvalg på mat og drikke.

Det ene rommet var veldig kaldt da vi kom, og det tok lang tid å få opp varmen. Dette skyldes at vinduet sto oppe da vi kom og at rommet var i gamle del av bygget

Rezeption war Unterirdisch. Rest Personal super. Man sieht klar welcher teil renoviert ist und welcher nicht. Wellnessbereich bekommt 10 von 10 von mir. Eben so die Bar inclusive das Personal an der Bar.

Rezeption 0 von 10 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Verhalten nicht angebracht für ein so schönes Hotel. Hier kann man sich bei der Ankunft schon ärgern

The lobby, the restaurant, the bar are renovated and look great. The dinner menu was delicious. The service was great. The pool and view is nice. The breakfast was small but very good. We could always order fresh eggs in different ways. Overall a great experience.

The rooms are very old and not very well cleaned. Found an empty bottle under the bed. The swimming area is also old. Why is there a need for a solarium? Could have been a sauna. For the first time in a spa there was no tea and at the lunch/ evening no fruits were left in the basket. There is no sauna to get in with clothes especially good when in big groups of friends. The hamam is very small and quite cold. The dinner was great, but whenever we wanted something extra like another scoop of icecream, they said we need to pay extra which is not nice and it’s a small gesture. Also, since when do we pay 3,5 for tap water in Austria? Especially when there is such a big city tax! I find it unfair! Also, the price for coffee at the bar is extremely high, 7€ for double espresso is not really ok.

Amazing time

Met name aan de receptie waren Anastasia, Irini en Johnny zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, dank daarvoor! Ook de medewerkers achter de bar verstonden hun vak en waren beleefd en vriendelijk.

De 2 slaapkamers lagen ver uit elkaar en de ene slaapkamer bevond zich geheel boven in het torentje, dat niet bereikbaar was met een lift, dus helaas veel trapgelopen.
