Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. So wie auch die Dame, die für die Reinigung zuständig war.

Beim Roomservice kann man nur bis 17:00 Uhr bestellen, danach hat alles, auch nur einKaffee, einen Aufschlag von zehn Euro. Sowas hab ich vorher in keinem vier oder fünf Sterne Hotel erlebt. war der Roomservice am Telefon nicht besonders freundlich.

The facilities were great. The breakfast was a great start to a days skiing. We had dinner one night in the hotel which was good however I thought it was pricey in comparison to other eating venues in the nearby town.

Our check in wasn't a great experience as they could not find the bookings quickly. I had to rely on my booking reference via the booking.com app. That took nearly 1 hour to get resolved. Since there was a large group of us I thought the hotel was under-staffed especially at night. We all would congregate in the bar area and it did take while to get served. The hotel is not centrally located which we knew however the distance that is advertised is not correct. It is a good 20 minute walk into the centre of town and not 10 mins.

Lage und freundlicher Empfang mit Sekt.Pool war der Hammer.Bei der Heimreise bekommt man auch noch ein Wasser wenn man will.Sehr freundlich und sauber.Frühstück war gut und ausreichend.

Shuttlezeiten nur bis 17 Uhr,könnte man länger machen aber sonst ist das Hotel sehr gut.
