Property was in need of repair. Common spaces and room unkept.

My room was great and I like this hotel, I just wish I knew the pool was closed. And I really thought the breakfast was not great because the coffee pot was usually empty and when it did come out, it was warm. It’s hard to have a continental breakfast without coffee. It was just toast and yogurt and a muffin and juice. We went out for breakfast.

The front desk manager is excellent! She remembers us from previous visits and is very friendly and accommodating.

I arrived with my family, late in the evening. We were greeted by Shawn the night manager, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. He came upstairs to make sure that everything was ok with the room and was also very helpful in obtaining extra bedding. He clearly works very hard and is one of those rare people who goes above and beyond to make sure that guests are happy.

Worst hotel we have stayed in over the years. Pool not operational, buffet breakfast is listed but they don’t have it. It can’t be considered breakfast with the poor selection of food they have. Asked for a quiet room in the back where there wasn’t traffic and got a room facing the road. Room just seemed to be in a state of disrepair. Tiles loose in the bathroom, heat blows against the one bed so the room doesn’t have air flow but heats up until the heat finally gets to the thermostat. Would not recommend staying here at all.

There is no garbage can in the bathroom and bedroom.

EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM CHECK IN, THRU STAY, TOP NOTCH

They did not advertise that the pool was closed. There was trash in our room left from a previous stay. There was a crack in the window of our room. Multiple places with writing on the wall and a hole in the closet. Breakfast was limited and the juice was water flavored with juice. It said it was orange juice and cranberry juice but it tasted more like water. My kids where very upset due to the one reason I picked this hotel was because of the pool. There was also only one trash can for our room.
