The room they gave us was not cleaned (bed not made, etc). So they gave us another room ... and that room had a dirty bathtub, the phone cord was cut and the tv remote was missing batteries. They gave us new batteries and made a note about the phone cord being cut. The 'free breakfast' was just bagels, muffins, cereal, coffee and juice. Nothing warm (no eggs, or pancakes, etc.) Overall, it wasn't terrible, but a lot of questionable issues in there that I wasn't expecting and felt that the second room they put us in (which was cleaned) still wasn't cleaned too well. Just ok overall ... but would book a different hotel if visiting again. This was just a one night stay, so it was ok.

The reason I booked this particular property was because it had an indoor pool. Sadly the pool was down and because it was Easter weekend the maintenance staff was not working. They did upgrade my room for me and it was a very nice room. Staff was great. I will stay there again. In fact I have to go back to Binghamton and I already booked my room.

The hotel is outdated, elevator got stuck several times, pool out of service due to ceiling caving in and no hot breakfast available. Staff was ok.

This hotel is a former Comfort Inn and was a good choice in an area adjacent to a bus university. Parking was easy in the front of the building. The gentleman who checked us in was extremely helpful & pleasant. There's an elevator near the lobby which took us to our 3rd floor room. The room was quiet and comfortable although the mattresses need to be turned--one side was noticeably lower from people sitting on the edge of the bed; unfortunately this affected my quality of sleep. Wifi was very good, as was the fridge & microwave. All in all, an adequate and reasonably-priced option for the area.
