This location is very close to a lot of different things and beachfront areas. We had a rough day due to our toilet, not working and handle breaking off and our bathtub would not drain. We had to get our key recorded on multiple occasions because it stopped working on top of our icemaker on our floor didn’t work so we would constantly have to go down to the first floor. They also don’t clean every night. You need to ask for a cleaning services if you’re going to be staying longer than one night and when I asked for more towels, I was spoken back to you and not a polite manner and then mumbling under the breath occurred. I also had to ask for toilet paper since our room was not stocked with toilet paper either
This place was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the rooms were very clean. Liz and the group were amazing and take customer service very serious. They also were able to guide to me to one of my new favorite places to hang out in Ft. Walton. If you are looking for a clean and friendly place to stay this is a great place to do so. I will definitely be back next year.

USHotel is horrible!!!! Not clean , smells a pi , cacaroches…. , bed frame makes me fall down I have a BIG scratch turned purple, microwave is this casting, toilet is pink on the bottom, the floor connection with closet have a mold, and is a lot more thank god I take a picture of everything and I have evidence!!! Breakfast fridge for milk has carton and window is with milk for who knows how many weeks…, ETC…air conditioner not working

USSpa was down, room was super comfortable, staff was very friendly only issue I seen was a slow drain
Let’s out by saying the place is quiet. The refrigerator didn’t work and the air conditioner definitely doesn’t work. The air blows out like a fan on high. The front desk was contacted but there was no maintenance to fix it or any other rooms available.
