This hotel smells strongly of mold on entrance as well as all the rooms. I checked out after two hours and did not receive a refund

USThe staff when checking in were excellent.
We stayed 5 nights and 6 days and not once did housekeeping come to our room. We had to ask for towels, toilet paper, and trash bags. We took out our own garbage and had to bag up our own laundry to exchange for clean towels and wash cloths. The breakfast was very poor.
Nice, quiet and close to the location I was working
USThe receptionist was very friendly, and check-in was quick and easy, which was a great start. However, there were a few issues during our stay. The pool water was quite cold, and unfortunately, the laundry machine was out of service, so we couldn't do any washing. We also had to get our room key reset, which was inconvenient. The biggest downside was the condition of the room — while it looked clean at first glance, we found hidden dirt in places like the corners of the dresser and around the microwave. Unfortunately, we also encountered a few cockroaches during our stay.
The worst room ever I stayed in my last 7 years around USA. Starting with check in 1. Room pictures for the queen suite showed at Expedia is not matching with the property which I paid extra for the suite. Staff at the desk said they can’t do anything about it. 2. So many crock-roach around the bathroom. 3. No ventilation fan at the bathroom. 4. Showers are leaking and splash around the bathroom. 5. Almost everywhere rust around the door and looks very bad. 6. Hair dryer not working. 7. Most important things is no working laundry where properly at the beach primary location. Stay away from this property and not a worth at this price.

USI was disappointed in how check in was handled at this hotel. We had drove over 9 hours and we were running late. I called the Hotel and told the gentleman on duty we were going to be an hour or more late. We ended up getting there after midnight only to find out that our room was listed as a no show after I called them and told them we were on our way. I had to wait on the manager in the lobby for hours for anything to be resolved. They still ended up charging for that night and we didn’t even sleep there until the following day because it was wee hours in the morning. It should had never been a no show.
