The rooms could have been a little cleaner but the room is closer to beach area.

They gave our room away wanted me to pay the same price I asked to cancel because that's not what I paid for. They charged me for the room anyway, the building was hot , there was a smell in there, there was a dead bug in the lobby area and the staff was rude. When I asked her to cancel I took a seat waiting on her she just walked off. I was confused I asked another staff five minutes later she walked off and came back and told me I was done.
USGood, clean, family friendly place to stay on the island and pretty close to the pier.
Television malfunction, had to switch rooms. 1st room only 1 trash can. 2nd room no hair dryer. Beds not very comfortable. Highly unlikely to stay again
Dirty room. Drains would not drain. Hot tub out of order. Asked for towels none available
The location was good. The lock on our door was very difficult to use. We were given clean towels when we asked for them during our 4 day stay but our room was not cleaned even though we asked for cleaning.
Not very clean. toilets and floors were nasty. barely any hot water. had to be moved to a different room, first one smelled of cigarettes. Very unfriendly staff. laughed at customers when needing assistance. Just overall bad experience for the price.
It was ok. Nothing special. I wish they pool would stay open later.
