The rooms were very run down.
USHotel was reasonably clean, quiet, and comfortable.
Waiting for front desk clerk to come from back room to check in. Longer than 5 minutes. Needs bell at front desk to summon. Also, on entering room, we used toilet for a number 1. Did not use toilet paper, but toilet was clogged. Went to front desk to ask if they had someone to come up and take a look or plunge it, was handed a plunger in a plastic bag to use and return once done. Kinda surprised that housekeeping didn't catch that when they last cleaned the room.

This property is in need of maintenance. The air conditioner was leaking in the floor, had to use the towels to keep it cleaned up. Carpet in the hall way was dirty. The breakfast was just fair.
I like the proximity and area to everything I wanted to do.
USWe liked having a place to sleep that wasn't over $300 for one night. We liked how close it was to where we needed to go.
The shower would not get hot, it would only get lukewarm. The curtains smelled bad when I went to close them for the night.
We stayed for several nights. Very clean. Most employees were very nice The only complaint I have is the breakfast didnt have very good options
The room air conditioner was leaking water on the floor. The construct of the room provided no place in the bathroom for hanging towels or toiletry bags. The elevator was cleaned with an extremely strong chemical which rendered it virtually uninhabitable for about 2 hours. The breakfast was good, hot, plentiful and on time. A good rating for the food service.
Paid in advance, left 1 day early - didn’t request refund - and still got charged an early departure fee. Rediculous and unfair. Was there for a family emergency and didn’t want to deal with or complain but “stains” on floor were not stains, unpainted wall patches, rusty fixtures, and musty smell. All would have went uncommented on but the early departure fee was the last straw.
