Comfort Inn & Suites Fort Walton Beach - Destin West

This place was not the cleanest and a/c was a bit noisy. If you are looking for a place to sleep and shower, then this is not too bad. The staff was nice. It’s an older hotel. You have to request for room service.

Staff at front desk was rude. Did not get room service during the entire stay. And when I asked i was told they don’t clean until after I checked out

Great place to stay and close to everything.

Filthy hotel room, stains and mold in bathroom. The hallways and elevator smelled like weed. It was unbearably hot and musty everywhere. They allowed vagrants to be loitering in the parking lot which was really dangerous as a single woman traveling alone. Terrible the whole way around.

Water was coming from the air conditioner. My mother almost slipped and fell. They had to move her to another room. We should be compensated for such an unpleasant stay. The hotel could not compensate us because we booked through Expedia and Expedia would need to give us some type of credit. I will never book anything through Expedia ever again.

The hotel was very clean, neat and the rooms were spacious. Friendly staff, great breakfast and we enjoyed having a fridge and microwave in our room! AND a terrific shower 😁

Pool area was not well ventilated and the chlorine was extremely strong which made it very difficult to breathe. Some front desk staff was not polite or helpful.

Staff was nice,courteous and friendly. Facilities were clean and well maintained. Parking was easy and convenient.

Room smells moldy and musty and you could smell it upon entering the building. Stained comforters. Mold in the air conditioning unit. Closet off the track. Lamps all rusted.
