Well maintained property, very close and walking distance to many restaurants and a very friendly host. Definitely a recommended place to stay spending time in Torquay.

Friendly helpful staff. Clean tidy room.excellent location. Car park was an added expense but not to bad at just over £10 per day. Nearby pubs restaurants but most fish and chip shops shut at 9 or before. Weatherspoons nice and cheap for a drink food was awful Fish and chips fantastic. But a bit pricey at over £20 for 2 We went to Brixham lovely boat trip. Reasonable £24 for 2 return. Fish and chips there over £14 for 1
