Holiday Inn Express & Suites St Marys by IHG

The shower leaks. The toilet seat was loose and pinched to cause a blood blister. There is black on the ceiling around the tub. The clientele that is staying there comes in at 1130- midnight or later and they are very noisy in the hall ways, slamming doors, ect. But that is there main business so they will not correct them. It used to be so much better.

The breakfast was excellent

The bed was pretty hard

The 7am start for breakfast on the weekend is a problem for me. Other than that everything was fine.

The breakfast is a cut above the average breakfast at other similar competing hotels. The scrambled eggs/omelets were my favorite. The location is quiet and away from the major highway. I left some clothing in my room after check-out and the staff went out of their way to contact me and arrange a pick-up. I very much appreciated the extra effort on my behalf.

Nice views of the mountains, plenty of parking, everything you need within a short distance. The employees were very friendly and answered questions we had. The room was spacious and most importantly very clean and comfortable. Will def stay here again.
